●按照规定的程序护理、浸泡镜片，浸泡时间不少于四小时。
○Accordance with the procedure care, immersion lens, immersion time of not less than four hours.
●配戴隐形眼镜不要滴用任何眼药水（润眼液除外）
○Do not wear contact lens with any eye drops EXCEPT eye lotion
●镜片粘连在一起时，不可用力撕扯，避免损伤镜片，应将镜片放在掌心滴几滴护理液，轻轻揉搓即可。
○Avoid excessive force and force tear when lens sticking together. Should add few drops of care solution abd rub gently until then lens seperate.
●护理液开瓶3个月后如果没有用完，请停止使用。
○Please stop using care solution that has been open 3months although not used.
●配戴隐形眼镜要远离带有刺激性的物质，直接或间接的接触都会污染镜片，引起眼睛的不适，尤其是辛辣食物。
○Stay away from irratating substances especially spicy food, direct or indirect contact will contaminate lens and make eyes discomfort.
●防止左右镜片混淆，首先养成每次先从右眼开始戴取的习惯
○To prevent confusing the lens , develop the habit of taking the right eye began to wear.
●镜盒避免用酒精清洗，如果吃力不净，残余的化学成分会污染损坏镜片。正确护理镜盒的方法是：每周用软毛刷刷镜盒，用护理液冲洗，每三个月更换新镜盒。
○Avoid using alcohol to wash the casing.
●处理镜片的手指指甲不宜过长，否则容易伤到镜片和眼镜。
○Dealing with contact lens should not be long finger nails. It might easily cut the lenses.
●定期更换镜片、不要超长超时配戴。不能戴镜过夜。每日配戴时间最长7小时。所有隐形眼镜的寿命自开封之日，无论配戴几次都要定期更换。
○Do not wear long timeout, overnight. Daily wear time up to 7 hours.
●戴镜前要观察自己的双眼，如果有充血、异物感、分泌物增多不要强行配戴，应该及时到医院就诊。
○Check your eyes before wearing. If there red eyes , increased secretion do not wear should be promptly to the hospital.
●游泳时不要佩戴隐形眼镜否则池水里的微生物容易污染镜片。
○Do not wear contact lens while swimming.
●烧烤活动是勿佩戴隐形眼镜。
○Not allow to wear contact lens while BBQ
●高血压、糖尿病、孕妇及相关眼疾患者不宜佩戴隐形眼镜。
○High blood pressure, diabetes, Pregnant women and eyes disease patients should not wear contact lens.
●破损的隐形眼镜请停在使用。
○If contact lens damaged please stop using it.
最最重要也是个人卫生，佩戴方式要正确。
